Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin held a meeting with a member of the Federal Board of Revenue of Pakistan Mr. Tariq Huda, during which issues of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries were discussed, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
Y. Kistafin noted the importance of establishing cooperation between the customs services of the two countries in order to exchange information and experience.
Tarik Khuda, for his part, supported the Ambassador's proposal, expressing interest in signing a corresponding agreement with the authorized departments of Kazakhstan.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to organize negotiations to establish direct ties between the customs authorities of Pakistan and Kazakhstan.
