Legal advisers wishing to practice the AIFC law can apply for registration by the AIFC Legal Services Board, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
To register, a completed registration form and supporting documents evidencing professional qualification and professional indemnity insurance of a Legal Adviser shall be submitted to the Office of the Board at OfficeLSB@aifc.kz.
No fee will be charged for registration until 3 May 2023.
The first pool of applications for registration will be considered by the AIFC Legal Services Board on 21 June 2022. To be included in the first pool, applications must be submitted by 19 June 2022.
As a reminder on 31 May the inaugural meeting of the AIFC Legal Services Board was held, where the code of conduct and rules establishing standards for legal services and requirements for registration of legal advisers were adopted.
