Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ethiopia, Permanent Representative to the African Union Barlybay Sadykov visited the Oromo Cultural Center in Addis Ababa and held a meeting with the director of the center Getu Birina, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of holding cultural events, exhibitions, film festivals in the Oromo Cultural Center to familiarize the Ethiopian public with modern Kazakh culture.
The Ambassador spoke about the state and prospects of bilateral relations between Ethiopia and Kazakhstan, and also informed about Kazakhstan's culture and history.
Director of the Oromo Cultural Center G.Birina expressed interest in cooperation with the Embassy of Kazakhstan in this area, noting the importance of rapprochement of cultures for bilateral relations.
The cultural heritage of Ethiopia is very rich and has more than three thousand years.
