Employees of the Department for Investment and Entrepreneurship Development of the Akimat of the capital constantly monitor large retail chains, including Magnum, Astykzhan and Small, as well as the warehouse of the wholesale supplier Mir Krup. To date, only at these facilities there are about 300 tons of sugar available, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
"Sugar is sold at a price of 470-480 tenge per kilogram. We are located in the warehouses of a large supplier "Mir Krup", which received a loan as part of a revolving mechanism. The borrower has concluded a direct supply contract with the Taraz sugar factory, which is about 3 thousand tons. In general, the Department has contracted about 4 thousand tons of sugar," said Ruslan Idrisov, head of the Food Security Department.
It should be noted that sugar supplies to the city are on a regular basis and without delay.
By the end of the week, 5 more wagons with sugar will arrive at Mir Krup, which is about 350 tons.
Magnum and Small retail chains expect another 136 tons by the end of the month. The product is delivered weekly.
