FlyArystan’s passenger spent more than 120 hours in the sky

FlyArystan, Kazakhstan’s low cost airline has identified frequent-flyers among passengers based on annual analyses, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.

Ivan Yakovlev, the city dweller of Aktau, has been found as the most frequent-flyer who has spent more than 120 hours on FlyArystan’s 72 flights. The list of the most frequent-flyers includes those customers each of whom travelled with FlyArystan about 60 times for year.

“I started flying with FlyArystan last autumn when started working in another city. Since that time, I’ve been travelling on the low cost carrier’s flights to visit my family. Compared to ground transport, travel by aircraft is much more convenient and faster. It takes me only three hours to get to Atyrau including transfer to/from airport, check-in and boarding and flight itselt. While traveling by train and car can take up to 10 hours”, said Ivan for PR team at FlyArystan. “I’m satisfied with affordable fares and the service. The NPS (Net Promoter Score) for FlyArystan has reached 48 level in October and exceeded the indicator level almost for 3 times compared to the some other global low cost airlines’ results.

The airline is thankful to all passengers for their choice, loyalty and willingness to travel repeatedly on FlyArystan’s flights. The low cost carrier keeps monitoring the service based on customer’s feedback and working on enhancement of the quality.

Apart from it, the low cost carrier continues working on attracting more passengers and those who have travelled for the first time on aircraft. For instance, the airline runs sales on regular basis that provided passengers with about 65 000 promo tickets at average 5 000 tenge on domestic flights and 25 000 tenge on international flights in 2022.
