Deputy Chairman of the Council on Interaction with Local Representative Bodies (Maslikhats) under the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tuleubek Mukashev addressed the deputies of maslikhats at all levels regarding the Government decrees adopted in connection with the introduction of the state of emergency.
"Dear colleagues, in this difficult hour for the country, I ask you to consolidate your efforts in supporting our voters, explaining the key positions and measures taken by the state to stabilize the domestic economy and local producers of goods, works and services. The Government, in accordance with decrees of the PResident of RoK No. 285 dated March 15, 2020 "On Introduction of a State of Emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan", and No. 287 dated March 16, 2020 "On Further Measures to Stabilize the Economy", adopted resolutions aimed at resolving issues of fiscal policy, as well as determining a special procedure for public procurement", T. Mukashev noted.
The Senator stressed that these acts were adopted for the period of the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan and require explanatory work in the field. The texts of Government acts are publicly available in the mass media, as well as posted on the web portal "Work with Maslikhats".
"Central and local government bodies, as you know, the President of the country K. K. Tokayev instructed to support small and medium-sized businesses, with the beginning of the sowing period to assist agricultural producers. I am sure that each of you will not stand aside and will make your own contribution to the implementation of the targeted plans, as well as assist in organizing all possible support, charitable and material assistance to older people, pensioners, large families and other socially vulnerable population in your districts", T. Mukashev noted.
