Senator Lyazzat Suleymen took part in the launch ceremony of the project of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan “Road of the First President” People’s Expedition” in the village of Shamalgan, Karasai district, Almaty region.

The project launch ceremony was attended by deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament Vladimir Bozhko, Deputy Chairman of the APK Zhanseit Tuimebayev, associates of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, public figures, scientific and artistic intelligentsia, university rectors, youth, members of the APK, leaders of ethno-cultural associations, and others.

The Senator noted in her report that the project “Road of the First President” People’s Expedition”, initiated by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, is aimed to consolidate in the public consciousness the outstanding achievements of Elbasy in the foundation and construction of independent Kazakhstan. “A great journey has begun that will firmly strengthen the contribution of our President to the country’s prosperity in the minds of the future generation. This work is necessary, first of all, for our people, our descendants and our independence,” the Senator said.

The event included a visit to the historical and cultural center “Atameken”, dedicated to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, the Museum “Anaga Kurmet”, the memorial complex “Batyr Babalar” in Karasai district, the best students of the district read excerpts from literary works about the Leader of the Nation.
