Kazakhstan and Luxembourg are developing cooperation in a multilateral format

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgium Margulan Baimukhan held a number of working meetings in Luxembourg, DKNews.kz reports.

During the visit, the Kazakh diplomat separately met with the Secretary General of the Financial Sector Surveillance Commission Danièle Berna-Ost, the Deputy Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs David Weis, and the Diplomatic Adviser to the Prime Minister Yasuko Muller.

During a meeting with Danièle Berna-Ost, Margulan Baimukhan discussed the activities of Kazakh institutions in regulating the financial market.

The Kazakh diplomat paid special attention to the political and economic reforms being carried out in the Republic of Kazakhstan, initiated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The meeting with David Weis was devoted to discussing cooperation between Kazakhstan and Luxembourg in bilateral and multilateral formats. It should be noted that David Weis expressed hope for the speedy stabilization of the flood situation in Kazakhstan.

During the meeting with Yasuko Muller, promising areas of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Luxembourg were discussed, including partnerships through the prism of relations between Central Asia and the European Union.

As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached on the substantive consideration of a number of bilateral events and projects.
