Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (subsidiary of Baiterek NMH JSC, hereinafter referred to as DBK) and China Construction Bank Corporation Astana Branch signed an agreement on strategic cooperation. The document was signed by Ruslan Iskakov, Chairman of the Board of DBK and Wang Songhua, General Manager of China Construction Bank on June 29 at the Astana Finance Days 2022 forum in the capital of Kazakhstan, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
The agreement provides the opening of a credit line for DBK in the amount of up to $300 million (or the equivalent in yuan) for general corporate purposes, including financing of investment projects. Additional conditions will be discussed by the parties if it is applicable to use funds within the credit line.
