On December 20, 2022, at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United Arab Emirates, with the participation of representatives of local media and experts, a presentation of the book "The Republic of Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates: thirty years of diplomatic relations" was held, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
The book was published by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Abu Dhabi together with the UAE National Library and Archives on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Ambassador M.Menilbekov noted that “the book contains important information and photographs about the main stages in the history of relations between Kazakhstan and the UAE, including cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
In addition, the Kazakh diplomat informed the participants of the event about the important events that took place in Kazakhstan this year and the key areas of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the UAE.
Farhan al-Marzouki, Director of Corporate Communications and Community Outreach of the National Library and Archives of the United Arab Emirates, spoke about the history of the publication of the book and the perspectives of bilateral cooperation.
At the end of the event, the participants exchanged views on the abovementioned issues.
