The International Festival of the Theater of Young Spectators named after A. A. Bryantsev in the CIS countries starts in Karaganda. Its opening will take place on April 4 at 18:00 on the stage of the Kazakh Drama Theater named after S. Seifullin. The play "The Winter's Tale" based on the play by William Shakespeare staged by Ulanbek Bayaliev will be shown, DKNews.kz reports.

The performance "Winter Fairy Tale", with which we open the festival, is a fairy tale not for children, but for adults. For those who think about life and destiny, about the tragedy of the world. This play is a testament to the possibilities of good and the power of evil. This is a warning about the importance of love and mercy" Ulanbek Bayaliev

Ulanbek Bayaliev graduated from the Directing Department of the Russian University of Theater Arts — GITIS in 2006 (course of S. Zhenovach).
