On April 7, 2023, Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong and Macao SAR's, PRC Almas Seytakynov met with Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Hong Kong SAR Liu Guanyuan, DKNews.kz reports.
During the meeting, the Commissioner on behalf of the Government of the People's Republic of China officially handed A.Seitakynov an exequatur with permission to perform consular functions in Hong Kong and Macao SAR’s, PRC.
In turn, the Consul General expressed gratitude and confirmed his readiness to work for the benefit of the development of bilateral relations.
