A delegation of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) headed by Vice-Rector for Research Andrei Kostin visited Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on a special working visit. The guests of honor got acquainted with the scientific infrastructure of the educational institution and the activities of the laboratories operating on the basis of KazNU, DKNews.kz reports.
Further, the members of the delegation met with the leadership of the university and exchanged views on further expansion of cooperation in the field of science and education.
At the meeting Member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Lyazzat Erkinbaeva informed the guests about the achievements and further plans of KazNU.
"KazNU and Peoples' Friendship University of Russia are united by successful cooperation. In the future our partnership will be continued in the implementation of joint research works, as well as the exchange of teachers and students" Lyazzat Erkinbaeva
In turn, Vice-Rector for scientific work of PFUR Andrey Kostin expressed readiness to implement joint projects and initiatives.
At the meeting, the two sides expressed their opinions and considered the prospects for the development of cooperation between the two universities.
