The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, Yerzhan Kistafin, met with the Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Senator Sardar Syedaal Khan Nasar. During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues on both the bilateral and regional agenda.
Ambassador Kistafin informed about the planned events for the current year, emphasizing the high dynamics of Kazakh-Pakistani relations.
In turn, the Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of Pakistan highlighted the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries and expressed deep interest in further expanding cooperation across the entire spectrum of the bilateral agenda.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to organize events this year with the participation of the upper chambers of the parliaments of Kazakhstan and Pakistan.
