Kazakhstan's low-cost carrier FlyArystan continues to actively expand its fleet, DKnews.kz reports.

The airline's 25th aircraft, an Airbus A320 CEO with 180 seats, has been put into operation ahead of Nauryz celebrations to increase seat availability on popular routes. As previously reported, in March, FlyArystan increased the frequency of flights on key routes from Almaty, Astana, and Atyrau.

“The expansion of our fleet is a key strategic step in the development of FlyArystan’s route network. This year, we have resumed seasonal and regular routes, enabling us to offer genuine convenience to our passengers. Further, we open a new route from Karaganda to Istanbul in June 2025, further enhancing our capabilities and strengthening our connections to international destinations. We will continue to grow our route network to meet the increasing demand across all regions of Kazakhstan and offer passengers even more convenient and affordable travel options both within the country and abroad" Richard Ledger, President of FlyArystan JSC

The newly arrived 25th aircraft in FlyArystan’s fleet has been named "Temirqazyk", which translates from Kazakh as "Polaris", after the North Star, one of the brightest and most prominent celestial objects. The North Star has long served as a guide for travelers, helping them find their way during the night. This symbol of reliability and direction aligns with FlyArystan's mission to provide affordable, safe, and comfortable flights for its passengers, while continuing to develop and strengthen its position in the air travel market.
