As part of the systematic work on automating public services, the eLicense.kz portal has been integrated with the Unified Portal of Higher Education (UPHE). The new functionality enables you to automatically upload educational information when submitting applications, saving you time and eliminating the need for manual input, while minimizing errors, DKnews.kz reports.
Now, when filling out the form, data on the name of the educational institution, specialty, and date of issue of the diploma is taken directly from the UPHE. Integration has been implemented for a number of high-demand electronic services, including those in the fields of medicine, nuclear energy and the handling of civilian weapons.
Integration is available for the following public services:
- Execution of works relating to the life cycle stages of nuclear energy facilities;
- Issuance of a license for medical activity;
- Issuance of certificate for admission to clinical practice for a specialist;
- Issuance of a certificate for admission to clinical practice to a foreign specialist;
- Issuance of permits for the purchase, storage, carrying and transportation of civilian and service weapons and ammunition (for individuals and legal entities);
- Issuance of permits for the opening and operation of shooting ranges and stands;
- Activities related to the development, production, repair, trade, collection and display of civilian and service weapons and ammunition.
Integration with the UPHE forms part of the work on the digitalization of administrative processes, with the aim of simplifying the procedures for obtaining licenses and permits.
The modification was implemented thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
