In his message, the Head of State emphasized that this significant day symbolizes the resilience and strength of the American people, as well as their unwavering commitment to the principles of freedom and democratic values.
“I reaffirm my commitment to further developing our bilateral enhanced strategic partnership and express my readiness to deepen multilateral cooperation for the benefit of our peoples,” the telegram stated.
