Ticket sales for the highly anticipated Backstreet Boys concert in Kazakhstan’s capital will begin on July 14, 2025. The concert itself is scheduled for September 21 at Astana Arena, one of the most modern stadiums in Central Asia. Tickets will be sold through Freedom TicketonDKnews.kz reports.

Prices range from 40,000 to 165,000 tenge, depending on the seating category.

An exclusive presale will start on July 14 at 12:00 PM, available only via the Freedom SuperApp (section: "Services" - "Events"). This presale will last for 24 hours. Purchases made through the app will earn customers up to 22% cashback.

General ticket sales will open on July 15 at 12:00 PM, both in the Freedom SuperApp and on Ticketon.kz. Buyers will have access to 10 different payment methods, including installment plans. Organizers remind fans that all tickets are non-refundable, so customers should carefully check all details before finalizing their purchase. Each customer will be able to purchase up to 10 tickets.

As a reminder, on July 8, Kazakhstan was officially added to the Backstreet Boys tour schedule on their official website, with concerts in both Almaty and Astana. The band will perform in Almaty on September 19 at the Central Stadium, and in Astana on September 21 at Astana Arena.

Astana Arena is a state-of-the-art venue with a retractable roof, making it suitable for concerts in any weather while ensuring comfort for fans, artists, and event organizers.

This will be the Backstreet Boys’ first-ever visit to Kazakhstan. Prior to their Almaty show, the band will perform in São Paulo, Brazil, and after the Astana concert, they will take a two-month break. Their next scheduled performance will be on December 6 in Schladming, Austria.
