Ambassador of Kazakhstan Presented Credentials to the President of the Hellenic Republic, DKnews.kz reports.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Greece, Timur Sultanghozhin, presented his Letters of Credence to the President of the Hellenic Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas.
The ceremony was held at the Presidential Mansion in Athens, the official residence of the Head of State. During their ensuing conversation, the two sides highly valued the current level of bilateral relations and underscored their readiness to further deepen political, economic, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Greece.
Ambassador Sultanghozhin highlighted the particular importance of maintaining a regular political dialogue and high-level exchanges in order to broaden the partnership between the two countries. Special attention was given to promising areas of trade and economic cooperation, including joint projects in transport, logistics, energy, tourism, agriculture, and manufacturing.
President of the Hellenic Republic conveyed cordial greetings to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, expressed confidence in the successful fulfillment of the Ambassador’s mission, and reaffirmed Greece’s interest in expanding mutually beneficial ties with Kazakhstan across the entire spectrum of bilateral relations.
At the close of the ceremony, both sides confirmed their intention to continue close coordination on international issues, to strengthen the bilateral partnership, and to promote friendly contacts between the peoples of Kazakhstan and Greece.
The ceremony was also attended by Aliki Chatzi, Secretary-General of the Presidency of Greece, and Yiannis Loverdos, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece.
