Kazakh Foreign Minister was Received by President of Pakistan, DKNews.kz reports.
As part of the official visit to Islamabad, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu was received by the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari.
During the meeting, President Zardari expressed satisfaction with the high level of bilateral cooperation achieved in recent years, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening multifaceted collaboration to advance the mutually beneficial partnership.
In turn, Minister Nurtleu reaffirmed Astana’s firm commitment to enhancing comprehensive ties with Islamabad and briefed him on the potential projects implementation of which would contribute to deepening the bilateral dialogue.

Both sides highlighted the importance of intensifying trade and economic contacts, including the development of transport and logistics connectivity.
Special attention was devoted to the consistent development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, including the strengthening of academic exchanges between universities of the two countries through the promotion of joint educational initiatives.
