Kazakh triathletes achieved strong results at the Asian Triathlon Championships in Aqaba
On October 31, the city of Aqaba (Jordan) hosted the Asian Triathlon Championships among athletes in the U23 and U19 categories. Kazakh triathletes delivered strong performances, placing among the continent’s best athletes.
U23 Men
• Egor Krupyakov — 3rd place (Turkistan region)
• Alexander Ten — 4th place (Almaty)
• Arlan Zhanabay — 5th place (Akmola region)
• Maxim Shmulich — 6th place (Akmola region)
U19 Men
• Yelmurad Kanai — 5th place (Astana)
• Kuanysh Bekenov — 7th place (Astana)
• Ilya Krupyakov — 13th place (Turkistan region)
U19 Women
• Diana Yerzhanova — 3nd place (Astana)
