Economic and Investment Opportunities of Kazakhstan Presented in Mongolia, DKNews.kz reports.
The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia hosted a seminar dedicated to promoting Kazakhstan’s economic and investment opportunities.
The event aimed to strengthen Kazakh - Mongolian trade and economic cooperation and to familiarize the Mongolian business community with the conditions for doing business in Kazakhstan, government support measures, and the advantages of operating in the Kazakh market.
Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia Almas Seitakynov briefed participants on the key priorities of Kazakhstan’s socio-economic development, including promising sectors such as agriculture, transport and logistics infrastructure, and tourism. He also provided information on the capabilities of the Astana International Financial Centre, industrial zones, as well as ongoing state programs to attract foreign direct investment.
The seminar brought together the heads and representatives of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, business associations, and a number of Mongolian companies. They expressed strong interest in developing cooperation with Kazakh partners, particularly in logistics and transit, the agro-industrial sector, mining, trade, and the launch of joint investment projects.
The event concluded with a Q&A session, during which the parties discussed practical avenues for cooperation and agreed to maintain working-level contacts.
