Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan and Beeline Kazakhstan Holding have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking a new stage in their strategic partnership and reinforcing their joint commitment to accelerating digital transformation in Kazakhstan, DKNews.kz reports.
Under the agreement, the two companies will explore opportunities for cooperation in key areas such as digitalization, cloud ecosystems, artificial intelligence products, big data applications, and other related fields. Particular emphasis will be placed on practical AI and computing use cases — ranging from smart data centers and corporate intelligent assistants to advanced video analytics solutions.

In 2025, Huawei and Beeline:
- jointly tested 10G fixed broadband technology in Astana;
- increased mobile network speeds in Almaty by 40% through the deployment of Massive MIMO technology and network optimization;
- launched the Rural Star solar-powered connectivity relay in the Almaty region;
- established Hyper Cloud, a next-generation cloud platform, in partnership with Huawei.
