Kazakhstan Showcases Cross-Border Digital Logistics Solutions at Tencent Conference in China

Diplomats from the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Guangzhou took part in the international Weixin Open Class PRO 2026 conference organized by the Chinese technology giant Tencent. The event brought together leading developers, policymakers and experts to present innovative digital solutions shaping the future of cross-border services, DKNews.kz reports.

Kazakhstan was represented by developers from JSC “Information and Accounting Center” of the Ministry of Finance of KazakhstanKairat Sultanbekov and Valery Gaan. During the conference, they introduced the CarGoRuqsat mini program, designed to digitalize state border crossing procedures and provide related logistics and public services in a single digital ecosystem.

CarGoRuqsat Recognized Among Top Cross-Border Digital Solutions

Following the conference, CarGoRuqsat was awarded a prize-winning position, being recognized as one of the best cross-border digital solutions among international participants. The international jury highlighted the project’s practical value, user-friendly design, and its contribution to simplifying border procedures for international transport.

Silk Road Express Earns High Praise from International Jury

Special recognition was also given to the Silk Road Express project — a Weixin mini program integrated with Kazakhstan’s state-run CarGoRuqsat electronic queue service. The solution is specifically tailored for Chinese transport operators, offering convenient digital access to key services such as border e-queue registration, payment tools, notification systems and customer support.

By streamlining processes and improving transparency, Silk Road Express significantly enhances the efficiency of international cargo transportation across Kazakhstan’s borders.

Digital Diplomacy in Action

Kazakhstan’s participation in Weixin Open Class PRO 2026 demonstrated how digital innovation and economic diplomacy can work together to promote national e-government solutions on the global stage. Projects such as CarGoRuqsat and Silk Road Express highlight Kazakhstan’s growing role as a provider of advanced digital tools for cross-border trade and logistics.
