President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, DKNews.kz reports.
The Head of State congratulated To Lam on his re-election to the highest party post, highlighting his role in the country’s political and socio-economic development.
In the telegram, the President expressed confidence that under To Lam’s leadership Vietnam will continue on a path of sustainable and steady development, and wished him success in the practical implementation of initiatives aimed at further strengthening the state.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also emphasized the importance of the friendly and partnership-based relations between Kazakhstan and Vietnam, expressing readiness to further develop bilateral cooperation.
