A key meeting on renewable energy cooperation took place in Beijing, where Samruk-Kazyna CEO Nurlan Zhakupov met with Li Qiang, Chairman of the Board of SANY Renewables. The talks focused on the progress of a joint project to localize the production of wind power components in Kazakhstan’s Zhambyl region, DKNews.kz reports.

The plant’s technical opening was held in September with the participation of the Head of State, underscoring the project’s strategic importance for Kazakhstan.
