President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Tatyana Belousova, a chemistry teacher at School-Lyceum No. 95 in Almaty, after she was named among the top 50 teachers in the world according to the prestigious Global Teacher PrizeDKNews.kz reports.
