Cyprus will become even more accessible for travelers from Kazakhstan in the summer of 2026. Air Astana has opened ticket sales for direct seasonal flights to Larnaca as part of its summer schedule. The airline will operate regular services from Astana and Almaty between June and September, DKNews.kz reports.
Direct flights from Astana and Almaty
Flights from Astana to Larnaca will operate from 2 June to 5 September, twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Departures from Astana are scheduled in the morning and daytime, while return flights from Larnaca will operate during the day. The flight time is 5 hours 40 minutes outbound and 5 hours 5 minutes on the return leg.
Flights from Almaty will operate from 4 June to 6 September on Thursdays and Sundays. Departures from Almaty are scheduled for the morning, with return flights from Larnaca during the day. The flight duration is 6 hours 5 minutes to Cyprus and 5 hours 30 minutes on the return journey.
All flights will be operated using modern Airbus A321LR aircraft, designed for long-range routes and offering enhanced passenger comfort.
