President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on the occasion of Tet, the Lunar New Year, DKNews.kz reports.
The message reflects Kazakhstan’s growing engagement with Southeast Asia and its commitment to strengthening ties with Vietnam.

In his telegram, the President of Kazakhstan emphasized the importance of bilateral relations and the strategic role Vietnam plays in Kazakhstan’s regional diplomacy.
