President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Kuwait, DKNews.kz reports.
