Concern over attacks on civilian infrastructure
Tokayev voiced concern over air attacks targeting civilian infrastructure in Gulf states that are not involved in the war against Iran.
He подчеркнул, что Казахстан последовательно выступает за деэскалацию и дипломатическое урегулирование конфликтов.
“Kazakhstan consistently advocates de-escalation and calls on the parties to seek a resolution to the conflict through dialogue and diplomacy,” the President stated.
In this context, he highlighted Oman’s strong international reputation as a country actively engaged in peace efforts across the region.
Appreciation for evacuation support
The Head of State expressed special gratitude to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said for his personal assistance in facilitating the evacuation of Kazakh citizens through Omani territory.
Officials noted that cooperation during crisis situations further strengthens trust and partnership between the two nations.

Tokayev reaffirmed his earlier invitation for the Sultan of Oman to pay a state visit to Kazakhstan before the end of the year.
He emphasized that such a visit could become an important milestone in elevating traditionally friendly relations to a new level.
In response, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said thanked the Kazakh leader for his support and accepted the invitation, noting Kazakhstan’s respected position in the international community.
The Sultan also conveyed his best wishes to the people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
