Kazakhstan receives credentials of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s new ambassador

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov received copies of the credentials from Ivan Orlić, the newly appointed Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Kazakhstan concurrently, DKNews.kz reports.

During the meeting, the Kazakh diplomat congratulated Orlić on his appointment and expressed confidence that his work would contribute to strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.

Focus on expanding bilateral partnership

The talks focused on the current state of Kazakhstan–Bosnia and Herzegovina relations and prospects for expanding cooperation across several areas.

The parties discussed opportunities to deepen collaboration in:

  • political dialogue
  • economic cooperation
  • cultural and humanitarian exchange
  • development of bilateral partnerships

Officials noted that strengthening ties in these areas could open new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.

Commitment to closer cooperation

Ambassador Orlić thanked the Kazakh side for the warm welcome and confirmed his intention to actively promote partnership between the two countries.

“I will make every effort to strengthen cooperation between Astana and Sarajevo,” the ambassador said.

Both sides agreed to continue dialogue and maintain regular engagement across all areas of mutual interest.

Experts say diplomatic meetings of this kind play an important role in maintaining steady political contacts and expanding international cooperation.
