President of the Republic of Kenya William Samoei Ruto has arrived in Astana on a state visit, DKNews.kz reports.
The Kenyan leader was welcomed at the airport by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev.
