Saudi Investment Platform Shows Interest in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan has entered a new investment platform. Saudi-based FII Institute, which brings together international investors, business leaders, and policymakers, has expressed interest in developing cooperation with Kazakhstan, DKNews.kz reports.

The prospects were discussed during a meeting between Madiyar Menilbekov, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Princess Maha bint Mishari bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief Executive Officer of the Future Investment Initiative Institute.

Saudi Side Interested in Expanding Cooperation With Kazakhstan

During the talks, Madiyar Menilbekov highlighted the role of FII Institute in shaping the global investment agenda and developing new business partnerships.

The Saudi side, in turn, expressed interest in strengthening engagement with Kazakhstan and emphasized the importance of international partnerships in advancing investment initiatives and projects.

No specific projects, potential investment volumes, or implementation timelines were announced following the meeting.

FII Brings Together Capital, Innovation and Global Business

The Future Investment Initiative Institute is an international nonprofit organization headquartered in Riyadh that focuses on investment, innovation, and international cooperation.

One of its key platforms is the annual Future Investment Initiative forum, which brings together global business leaders, investors, and government officials.

This format has positioned FII Institute as a platform for international investment dialogue and the development of new business partnerships.

Kazakhstan and FII to Continue Investment Dialogue

Following the meeting, the sides agreed to maintain dialogue and develop closer cooperation.

At this stage, the focus is on strengthening engagement. No agreements on financing specific projects in Kazakhstan have been announced.

The key outcome of the meeting was FII Institute’s confirmed interest in further developing investment cooperation with Kazakhstan.
