Today, Amira works at Documentolog, where she develops B2B products and AI agents designed to automate business processes.
We spoke with her about what prompted the career change, how she combined intensive study with a full-time job, and why her previous professional experience became an advantage when moving into IT.
Amira, what did you do before joining Tech Orda, and where do you work now?
— Before Tech Orda, I worked in marketing and project management. I collaborated with major international brands and took part in projects within the venture ecosystem.
Today, I am a Product Manager at Documentolog, where I work on B2B products and AI agents for business process automation.
“I wanted to create products that solve real problems”
What prompted you to move into IT?
— It was a conscious career decision. Most of all, I wanted to create products that solve real problems for people.
Product Management gave me an opportunity to combine my interest in technology with my previous experience and grow in a completely new field. Tech Orda helped me structure my knowledge and make a confident transition into a new profession.
Product Management is one of the fields available through the Tech Orda program. The program also offers courses in AI, programming, Data Science, cybersecurity and other IT areas.
She ranked among the top five out of 104 students
What was the learning process like?
— The program lasted six months. There were 104 students in our cohort, and by the end of the program I had made it into the top five.
The leaderboard was updated every week, which was a great motivation to keep improving and moving forward. I tried not simply to complete assignments, but to find the strongest possible solutions. Some of my work was even presented and discussed as an example for the entire cohort.
For me, the most valuable part was being able to apply what I learned immediately in practice.
26 weeks of combining work with two study programs
What was the biggest challenge for you?
— The hardest part was combining an office job with two study programs at the same time. As soon as I finished work, I would move on to lectures, homework and tests.
During those 26 weeks of such an intensive schedule, I once again realized how important discipline, consistency and the ability to finish what you start really are.
I viewed the program as an investment in the next stage of my professional growth.
The job offer came before graduation
How did Tech Orda affect your career?
— I managed to move into Product Management before I had even completed the program.
Starting from the third month, I began taking on product-related tasks at work alongside my main responsibilities. In the fifth month, I received an offer for a Product Manager position and moved to another department.
The knowledge I gained through Tech Orda helped me adapt to my new role much faster.
A key detail in Amira’s story is that she did not wait until the six-month program was over. She started working on product-related tasks in the third month and moved into a new position by the fifth.

What are you working on today?
— Today, I develop B2B products and AI agents for business process automation.
I begin by studying the process itself: how it is structured, where difficulties arise and which stages can be automated.
Then I determine which tasks should be handed over to AI and where human involvement remains necessary. After that, together with a cross-functional team, we turn our ideas into ready-to-use product solutions.
“Choose the profession first, then the course”
What advice would you give to people who are only planning to enter IT?
— Choose the profession first, and only then look for a course.
Study the labor market and employers’ requirements, speak with professionals in the field, and try completing several real tasks before starting a course. That will help you understand whether the chosen direction is truly right for you.
And never dismiss the experience you have already gained. In my case, my background in marketing and project management became a very strong foundation for moving into Product Management.
Amira’s experience did not require her to discard everything she had done before and “start from zero.” Her background in marketing and project management became the foundation for her new product role, while Tech Orda helped her structure and strengthen the skills she needed for the transition.
