Astana Motors and Changan are introducing the new seven-seat Changan CS75 Pro to the Kazakhstan market. The crossover comes with a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 181 hp, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a three-row cabin designed for seven passengers, DKNews.kz reports.

One of the model’s key practical features is its flexible interior layout. With all seven seats in use, the luggage compartment offers 110 litres of space. Folding the third row increases capacity to 650 litres, while folding both the second and third rows expands the cargo area to 1,481 litres.

Powertrain and performance

The Changan CS75 Pro is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine delivering 181 hp and 280 Nm of maximum torque.

The engine is paired with a seven-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, or 7DCT. The model is front-wheel drive.

According to the specifications, the crossover accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.4 seconds. Drivers can choose between three driving modes: Eco, Normal and Sport.

The CS75 Pro measures 4,748 mm in length, 1,870 mm in width and 1,720 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,786 mm.

Seven-seat cabin and everyday comfort

The cabin accommodates seven passengers and features eco-leather upholstery. The dashboard combines a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display.

The multimedia system supports wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while the audio system comes with six speakers. Physical controls have been retained for the climate-control system.

The driver’s seat offers six-way electric adjustment. Other comfort features include a heated steering wheel, a power-operated tailgate, an electronic parking brake and Auto Hold.

On the outside, the CS75 Pro features a large radiator grille, LED lighting, 19-inch alloy wheels, roof rails and a panoramic sunroof with electric operation. The rear lights are connected by an LED strip.

Driver assistance and safety technology

The crossover is equipped with a range of electronic driver-assistance systems, including adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, rear collision warning and autonomous emergency braking with vehicle detection.

The package also includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-change assistance, a 360-degree surround-view camera system, tyre-pressure monitoring and an integrated dashboard camera.

The arrival of the CS75 Pro adds another seven-seat crossover to Changan’s Kazakhstan portfolio and expands the choice for buyers looking for a family-oriented SUV with a turbocharged engine, flexible seating and modern driver-assistance systems.
