Foreign ministers of the Turkic states expressed condolences to Kazakhstan over the deaths of Kazakh servicemen during military exercises in the Mangystau Region, DKNews.kz reports.
The issue was raised at an informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States, held in New York on the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. Kazakhstan was represented by Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi.
