There is a competitive struggle in modern international trade. Conformity assessment provides an opportunity for a business to be more competitive.

"We plan to assist certification bodies that also wish to be accredited in foreign certification systems for Halal, organic products, Global G.A.P.," says Rinat Bautov, Director General of the National Accreditation Center.

For reference. Halal. According to the International Trade Center, the global halal industry is estimated at $1.37 trillion (mirror trade statistics of 57 member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, OIC), which represents 18% of the total global food and beverage market, which is 6.2% more than in 2013. According to the forecasts of the Pew Research Center, this figure will increase to 2.8 billion people by 2050. In European countries, the growth rate of the halal industry is estimated at an average of 10-20% annually.

Organic. The organic food market has grown more than fivefold from 2000 to 2019 (from $18 billion to $97 billion).

According to Grand View Research forecasts, the market will continue to grow at a rate of 15-16% per year and will reach about 212-230 billion dollars in 2025.

The introduction of various management systems in the country, including anti-corruption, housing and communal services, and healthcare, will help develop quality infrastructure.

Further, R. Bautov notes the need to apply mechanisms to ensure the property responsibility of the certification body to the consumer and businessman.

"In the EU countries, an insurance mechanism is used to provide guarantees for the restoration of damage. At the same time, the amount of insurance is directly proportional to the volume of certificates issued," Bautov R. A. gives an example.
"Bank guarantees, compensation funds and other ways of ensuring property liability can also be used," Bautov R. concluded.
