FlyArystan informs that returns to normal flight schedule for all destinations starting January 19, 2022. Due to the end of emergency state period on the entire territory of Kazakhstan, the airline continues operating in a normal mode, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
We have resumed regular flights either on domestic or international routes to Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and the UAE. The schedule till the end of March is available in FlyArystan mobile app and at flyarystan.com.
Starting from 17th January 2022 all arriving to Kazakhstan passengers (including vaccinated Kazakh citizens) must have a negative PCR test. The certificate is valid within 72 hours from the time of a biomaterial taken for test till an arrival to Kazakhstan.
In this regards, we recommend passengers to study the updated travel rules to Kazakhstan in advance and follow the entry requirements to foreign countries that FlyArystan operates. Passengers who couldn’t fly during the emergency period may return or rebook their ticket without any penalty for flights till 31 of January 2022. According to the place of purchase - if ticket booked at the travel agency, the rebooking and refund request need to be addressed to the agency. If ticket is booked on Flyarystan app or on flyarystan.com then passengers can proceed changes by their own or passengers can contact our Contact Centre.
