Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil Bolat Nussupov met with the head of the BMJ company, former Foreign Trade Secretary of the Brazilian Foreign Ministry Welber Barral, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current status of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and Brazil, in particular, the possibility of expanding the legal framework in the main areas of the economy, diversifying the product range, as well as finding new transport routes for the delivery of goods.
Welber Barral, as Foreign Trade Secretary of the Brazilian Foreign Ministry, was actively involved in the process of opening the Brazilian Embassy in Kazakhstan in 2006 and expanding bilateral cooperation. Highly appreciating the existing potential of the two countries, the interlocutor expressed readiness for mutually beneficial cooperation, in particular by assisting in establishing ties with local companies.
