The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Geneva organized iftar for diplomats of Central Asian countries, Azerbaijan and citizens of Kazakhstan in honor of the celebration of the Unity Day of the People of Kazakhstan and on the eve of the holiday of Oraza Ait for Muslims, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the UN Office and other International Organizations in Geneva Mr. Yerlan Alimbayev noted that this holiday is a vivid symbol of the unity of our nation. The traditions of friendship and mutual understanding are deeply rooted in the Kazakh land, and the diversity of cultures has become an integral part of Kazakhstan's identity. The participants wished the people of Kazakhstan harmony, happiness and prosperity.
