At an enlarged session of the Senate Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judiciary and Law Enforcement Agencies deputies considered the issue of appointing candidates to the judicial positions of the Supreme Court as advised by the Head of State, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
Having considered the submissions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are also based on the recommendations of the High Judicial Council, the senators came to a decision to submit this issue for further consideration by the House.
