Kazakh Ambassador to Hungary Zhanibek Abdrashov held a meeting with Miklós Lengyel, Deputy State Secretary for Training, Scholarships and Science Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
During the meeting, the Ambassador expressed gratitude to the Hungarian side for the state educational grants provided under the “Hungaricum Stipendium” scholarship program for citizens of Kazakhstan, and also noted the success of this program, which exists under the Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Human Resources of the Republic of Hungary on cooperation in the field of education and Science of November 19, 2013.
The parties also discussed the possibilities and prospects for further development of Kazakh-Hungarian relations in the field of education.
At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented the Deputy State Secretary with a commemorative stamp issued by the Embassy to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Hungary.
