A regular meeting of the Economic Demonopolisation Commission was held at the Government, chaired by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
The participants considered the situation on the railway freight market, issues of private companies' access to the main railway networks, as well as the activities of a major regional power plant.
The Prime Minister also asked the competent governmental agencies to continue checking the legality of the issuance of a string of licences for the geological exploration of solid minerals
