On 15 December, SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming made a welcoming video address to the participants of the 15th International Business Week forum at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russian Federation). In his remarks, Zhang Ming outlined the priority areas for the development of interregional trade and economic cooperation within the SCO, including in such sectors as transport and logistics, agriculture and tourism and other topical industries, Delovoy Kazakhstan reports.
This year, one of the three thematic days of the forum was held under the slogan “SCO: A creative agenda of foreign economic relations.” This section was devoted to the prospects for the development of interregional business cooperation in the SCO space, it was attended by businesspeople from the SCO member states.
The International Business Week Forum is a professional platform promoting discussions and dialogue between the state and businesses. The event is held annually in Ufa, the Russian Federation. This year the event started on 14 December and will last until 16 December.
