On May 16, 2023, a meeting was held at the Embassy of Kazakhstan with the new Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Latvia Branislav Pavlovich, DKNews.kz reports.
Ambassador of Kazakhstan Timur Primbetov congratulated his Slovak colleague on the start of his official activities in Latvia and wished him success in his work.
During a friendly conversation, the diplomats noted the high level and constructive nature of relations between Kazakhstan and Slovakia across the entire spectrum of bilateral cooperation, and also exchanged views on the main areas of development of Kazakh-Latvian and Slovak-Latvian cooperation.
T.Primbetov told his interlocutor about the upcoming major international events in our country in May-June this year: the 2nd EU-Central Asia Economic Forum and the Astana International Forum "AIF-2023", which will be attended by representative delegations from Latvia.
At the end of the meeting, the diplomats wished success to their national ice hockey teams, which will meet on the ice arena on May 19 in Riga as part of the 86th Ice Hockey World Championship.
