On May 31-June 1 this year, a delegation led by First Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Shakkaliev visited Moscow, where they got acquainted with the possibilities of digital services of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, DKNews.kz reports.
Thus, the delegation's interest was aroused by the systems for the implementation of functions for the control and monitoring of the internal market, accounting for the movement of goods, as well as for the identification of artificially created links of intermediaries in trade. Alexander Egorichev, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, spoke about the features of the automated system for controlling the payment of value added tax (Automated System for Controlling Value Added Tax). It allows you to control the correctness of VAT calculation, as well as to identify violations in case of discrepancies between the information from the invoices of counterparties. Andrey Budarin, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, demonstrated the advantages of the automated control system for the use of cash register equipment (ASK KKT). It allows you to collect, process and visualize data received from all retailers in the country in real time. One of the key advantages of the system is comfortable monitoring of macro indicators of the economy in various industries, which helps relevant government agencies to make decisions quickly based on verified up–to-date data.
Arman Shakkaliyev noted the importance of creating such services for the state, as they allow solving the task of tracking prices for socially significant goods and food.
Also, representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed interest in the work of a commodity item analysis tool, the principle of operation of which is based on cluster analysis technologies and neural networks that allow analyzing the contents of receipts and automatically grouping data from them, forming statistics on industries and types of goods. Colleagues also got acquainted with the work of the traceability system, which provides control of accounting and movement of goods in the domestic market.
