Sellers in North Kazakhstan region were brought to administrative responsibility for selling antifreeze that does not meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 030 «On Requirements for Lubricants, Oils and Special Liquids», DKNews.kz reports.
Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the North-Kazakhstan region in the framework of unscheduled inspections conducted sampling of antifreeze, for their testing for compliance with technical regulations.
During the inspection it was found that the sold products did not comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union, which is a violation of legislation in the field of technical regulation.
The entrepreneurs paid the fine stipulated by Article 415 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. They also reimbursed the costs of purchasing samples and the costs of testing.
Orders were issued on seizure of products and a lawsuit was filed with the court to deprive the subject of supervision of the right to own, use and (or) dispose of the seized products.
