Further Strengthening of Kazakh-Armenian Cooperation Discussed in Yerevan, DKnews.kz reports
As part of the further expansion of bilateral cooperation Ambassador of Kazakhstan Bolat Imanbayev held meetings with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan.
During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on the current state and development of Kazakh-Armenian relations, plans for further strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation, including cooperation within the framework of international organizations and associations, as well as the schedule of upcoming international events. The high level of bilateral relations, characterized by the intensity of interaction, was noted.
In particular, Secretary Grigoryan noted that in the current conditions of changing geopolitical and geo-economic situations in the world, bilateral relations have great potential for deepening.
Deputy Minister Kostanyan emphasized the qualitative improvement in the level and high dynamics of bilateral cooperation, which demonstrates not only the absence of disagreements in relations, but also the growth of new points of contact of mutual interests. According to him, the official visit of the Head of Kazakhstan, which took place in April of this year, and the agreements reached at the highest level, gave a new impetus to the relations between Astana and Yerevan. “The current year is characterized by an active exchange of visits, negotiations at the interstate and interministerial levels. There is an increased interest in cooperation between the expert and business circles of the two countries,” Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia noted.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties confirmed their readiness and commitment to further develop and strengthen the multifaceted partnership between Kazakhstan and Armenia.
