The AI system fully automates two key interview stages: it first calls candidates for an initial screening, then conducts a video interview, analyzing responses and assigning a score on a 10-point scale. Employers receive a shortlist of top candidates, significantly reducing the time and resources required for hiring.
KOZ: AI-Powered Assistants for Business
Another breakthrough project is KOZ, developed by Yermukhamed Kuatov. The company is creating AI agents capable of replacing entire corporate departments. KOZ’s intelligent assistants can take over HR functions, including candidate analysis, interviews, and assessments. Additionally, the technology is being actively used in sales and marketing, where AI-powered bots identify potential customers, engage with them, and even close deals autonomously.
Narxoz University’s Institute for AI-Driven Digital Transformation
Last year, Narxoz University launched the Institute for AI-Driven Digital Transformation, focusing on research and development in artificial intelligence. Special emphasis is placed on mining and oil & gas industries, where AI is used to optimize production processes. One of its flagship projects enables AI to analyze raw materials and determine optimal processing parameters, reducing the need for human operators. This solution has proven to increase processing efficiency by 10% and improve resource extraction rates by 0.5-1%, potentially saving $50–100 million annually for mid-to-large enterprises.
